Associate Superintendent – Lumpkin County School System

Mr. Trammell serves as the Associate Superintendent for Lumpkin County Schools. As a graduate and lifelong native of this school system and community, Greg Trammell has spent his entire career in education with LCSS. Prior to becoming the Associate Superintendent, Mr. Trammell was the Chief Operations Operator for many years. Before moving into that position for our district, Greg could be found teaching many, many of our community's students in his automotive classes at Lumpkin County High School. Greg is a graduate of Lanier Technical College in Gainesville, Georgia where he received his degree and certifications in automotive technology. Upon beginning his career in education in 1996, Mr. Trammell received his teaching certification from Georgia State University. Mr. Greg Trammell serves on numerous committees and works alongside our local county government on projects that benefit all of Lumpkin County.
