I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Georgia, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, where I also earned a specialized certification in HR Technology and Analytics for Decision Making. Complementing my academic achievements, I earned the Certified Professional Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and also hold the SHRM Total Rewards Specialty Credential, which I earned in conjunction with my Master's Degree.
